郝青振,研究员,博士生导师。1971年出生于河北柏乡。1995年毕业于兰州大学地质系,1998年于中国科学院兰州沙漠研究所获硕士学位,2001年于中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所获博士学位。
主要从事风尘堆积地层与古气候学研究,参与建立西部黄土高原中新世–上新世风成红土的磁性地层序列,揭示出风成红土的成壤组分和碎屑组分的磁学性质差异及其阶段性演化特点;开展下蜀黄土物源与古气候研究,发展了下蜀黄土近源说;发现地球偏心率长周期调控的北极冰盖滞后增长新规律、MIS15-13北半球出现超长间冰期,提出北半球当前温暖气候将至少再持续4万年,地球轨道参数配置导致部分冰期由南极过程触发。
发表SCI论文70余篇,第一作者论文发表在Nature、Geology等刊物上,SCI引用4000余次。曾主持多项国家自然科学基金、中科院创新方向项目课题等课题。现任中国第四纪科学研究会第十届理事会理事、第九届理事会间冰期气候与环境专业委员会秘书长,曾任中国土壤学会第十二届理事会“土壤地质分专业委员会”副主任。获2014年度国家自然科学二等奖(排名第二)、中国地质学会2012年度十大地质科技进展奖(排名第一)。
