牛杰明，特聘副研究员。1989年出生于甘肃甘谷，2007年至2016年本硕博就读于武汉大学。2017年至2021年分别在英国伦敦大学学院和台湾中央研究院进行博士后研究院工作。主要研究对象为联合解析和数值地震波传播理论、利用宽频带地震仪和大地测量观测资料研究与地球动力学现象相关的地震和火山演化机理。近期研究着重于利用地震、大地测量和地球化学等观测资料和多相流体传播理论探究多时空尺度的火山演化过程。目前已在Nature Communications和GRL等期刊发表论文10篇，其中第一作者SCI论文7篇。
