陈实,男,特聘副研究员。主要从事加速器物理相关的研究,使用分子束外延(MBE)和脉冲沉积设备(PLD)在多种衬底上生长单晶外延氧化物薄膜,并利用同步辐射光电表征手段对薄膜材料的结构和电子态表征进行多角度的原位表征,在深入理解原理的基础上构建高性能的功能薄膜器件,相关工作发表在Science Advances,PRB等期刊上。现参与国内能量最高的6MV加速器质谱的筹备建设,并初步开展10Be、26Al定年相关工作。
