赵秀宽，博士，高级工程师。中国电子学会高级会员。目前主要从事空间天气建模、电离层参数预测等工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目一项，参与国家科研项目多项。负责地球系统科学数据共享平台地球物理子平台、中科院日地空间环境观测研究网络数据中心等相关工作。
