李国主,1980年9月生于湖南,中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所研究员,中国科学院大学岗位教授;主要从事中高层大气和电离层探测技术研发、野外综合观测站网建设、电离层不均匀体诊断与机理研究、电离层与流星天文学交叉科学研究等工作;在ApJ、GRL、JGR和MNRAS等国际期刊发表多篇论文,为AG、ASR、EPS、GRL、IEEE-TGRS、IEEE-GRSL、JASTP、JGR、PEPS、Radio Science、Space Weather、中国科学等期刊审稿,多次获EPS、EPP、JGR等期刊优秀审稿人(Excellence in Refereeing)。
