曾主持4个国家基金委自然科学基金项目,包括1个重点项目;曾主持1个973项目二级课题;曾在2003-2005年继任973"大陆深俯冲作用"项目的首席科学家。曾任国家自然科学基金委员会地球科学部评议员。现任中国地质学会前寒武纪地质专业委员会委员、岩石学专业委员会委员;任中国矿物岩石地球化学学会变质岩专业委员会委员、同位素地球化学专业委员会委员;任《岩石学报》编委。曾赴英、德、日、瑞典和香港等国家和地区进行短期合作研究。已发表中英文论文80多篇,其中第一作者论文20余篇。至2012年,第一作者文章SCI引用超过300次。
研究方向:
主要从事前寒武纪地质学、变质岩石学、岩石地球化学和同位素年代学研究。目前的研究工作主要集中于华北克拉通早前寒武纪构造演化,包括TTG片麻岩地体的成因及晚太古代大陆地壳的生长机制,高温高压变质作用与早期板块构造过程,超高温变质作用-深熔作用-幔源岩浆活动的联系及下地壳过程,早元古代的俯冲碰撞造山带演化。
